Refunds And Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@kullillaart.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging and should include a copy of your order form. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it . All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Dreamtime Kullilla-Art will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN Products - We advise that we do not offer replacement for broken/damaged products received. We only offer full refund for the item.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Should your product be damaged or broken in transit we advise that in order to make a claim for a refund the customer MUST take the broken item and all packaging to the nearest Post Office to lodge a claim with Australia Post and receive a Claim Number - once a Claim Number has been obtained and notified to Dreamtime Kullilla-Art a refund will be made for the damaged product. We advise that we do not offer replacement for broken/damaged products received. No refund can be made without a Claim Number obtained from Australia Post.

Warranty Returns
